PRIVATE PRACTICE MBA MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") carefully. By purchasing this program, you agree to the following terms set forth by Private Practice Alliance ABN 96 628 199 671 and Kaye Frankcom ABN 12 007 226 628 (the "Company", "we", or "us"). The Company and you ("Client" or "You") may be collectively referred to as "Parties."


PROGRAM/SERVICE

The Company agrees to provide access to the Private Practice MBA (the "Program"), which includes:

  • Weekly coaching calls [4 per month minus any public holidays]
  • Exclusive content
  • Webinars
  • In-person events
  • Community access via Telegram
  • Templates and additional resources

The Program is a 12-month commitment, providing lifetime access to the MBA-specific content.  If for any reason The Company decides to end the program, all participants will be provided a 30 day notice period to download materials.

Exclusive bonuses may include individual coaching and monthly discounts on the service fee.


ACCOUNT SECURITY

To access the Program and its resources, you may be required to create an account with login credentials. You agree to:

  • Keep your username and password confidential.
  • Not share your login details with anyone else.
  • Notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Ensure that you log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.

The Company reserves the right to disable any user account at its sole discretion if a violation of these terms is suspected.


ACCESS, USE, AND DOWNLOADING OF PROGRAM MATERIALS

Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access, use, and download program materials for personal and internal business use only. You may not:

  • Modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, or distribute any program content without explicit written consent from the Company.
  • Share materials with non-members or unauthorized third parties.
  • Use program content to create competing products or services.

Any unauthorized use of Program content will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.


RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Participation in the Private Practice MBA does not guarantee financial success, business growth, or specific outcomes. Results will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond the Company’s control. Testimonials and case studies presented within the Program are for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of specific results.


COMMUNICATION POLICY

The Company will use email as the primary method of formal communication with members. Updates regarding program terms, changes in service, payment notifications, or other important matters will be communicated via email. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure they check their email regularly and keep their contact details up to date.

 
USER-GENERATED CONTENT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

The Program includes access to a private Telegram community. While the Company provides the platform, it does not monitor, endorse, or take responsibility for user-generated content. The Company reserves the right to:

  • Remove inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Suspend or remove participants who violate community guidelines.
  • Moderate discussions in accordance with these terms.

Members are responsible for their own contributions and should use respectful and professional language at all times.

 
INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS & JURISDICTION

This Program is governed by Australian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Melbourne, Victoria. International participants must comply with local laws in their country of residence while engaging with the Program.

 
INDEMNIFICATION

By enrolling in the Private Practice MBA, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Program.
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Any action taken based on the content provided within the Program.

The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on Program materials.
