About Natasha Ace

I’m not a clinician. I’m a strategist.

I built my first business at 21 and my second at 23. By 27, I had migrated to Australia while my US-based business continued to run—and pay me—without my daily presence. I’ve since earned an MBA and successfully built and sold several more companies. I don’t share this to "hype" my success; I share it because I understand the mechanics of a business entity in a way most coaches don’t.

I’ve spent my career on the front lines of healthcare practice management. I have seen exactly where a practitioner’s drive turns into an emotional load that is unbearable—the point where the business relies on the owner’s nervous system instead of a functional system.

I believe your business is an independent entity. It has legal, financial, and regulatory obligations that exist separate from your feelings or your team’s preferences. When you try to run a practice based on "vibes" or constant emotional negotiation, you pay the price in burnout and volatility.

Through the Private Practice Alliance, I provide the structure, MBA-level support, and strategic clarity required to stop the cognitive and emotional overload.

I don’t offer mindset shifts. I offer design. We move your practice from survival mode to a sustainable system held by capable admin, practitioners, and clear governance. I’m here to help you build a business that can hold the work—so you don't have to think about who is carrying the bags into the house.
