By enrolling in the Practice to Profit Membership (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
The Practice to Profit Membership is a 12-month online business development program designed for private practice owners. The Program includes:
✔ 12 Monthly live coaching sessions (attendance or replay access)
✔ 4 Get-It-Done implementation sessions per year
✔ Guest expert trainings (as scheduled)
✔ Access to templates, scripts, and operational resources
✔ Private member community for discussion and support
✔ Accountability check-ins and structured implementation
All content is delivered online via the Private Practice Alliance platform, with access granted for 12 months from your enrollment date.
The total Program fee is AUD $1320 (inclusive of GST where applicable).
Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated in an agreed payment plan. Payment plans incur no additional fees but require scheduled payments to be made on time.
Failure to complete payment may result in removal from the Program and access to resources being revoked.
This Program is results-driven, and I stand by the value it delivers when implemented consistently.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
✔ You complete all 12 monthly modules, including the required actions
✔ You attend or watch all coaching sessions and at least 2 Get-It-Done sessions
✔ You submit your baseline and final attendance, retention, and business reflection data
✔ You provide documented evidence of implementing the provided strategies
✔ You submit your completed work within 14 days of the final module
If, after meeting these conditions, you can demonstrate that your client attendance, retention, or business systems have not measurably improved, I will refund your full enrollment fee.
Guarantee applies to first-time members only. Requests must be made in writing within 14 days of program completion.
Failure to meet participation or submission requirements voids this guarantee.
Outside the Action-Taker Guarantee, all sales are final. Refunds, partial refunds, or program transfers are not provided due to change of mind, personal circumstances, or non-participation.

You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use these materials within your own business. You may not reproduce, share, or resell any Program materials without written consent.
This Program provides general business guidance and is not a substitute for legal, financial, or clinical advice.
You remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional requirements applicable to your private practice.
Private Practice Alliance and Natasha Ace are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your participation.
You agree to engage in the Program and community respectfully. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the Program without refund.
Program structure, inclusions, and schedule are subject to reasonable updates at the discretion of Private Practice Alliance. Any significant changes will be communicated to members.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian consumer protections.
