HOW TO MANAGE OR CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

TO UPDATE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD:

  • Log in to the Billing Center with the username and password you created upon purchase
  • Under Billing Info, select the REPLACE button to the right of the payment method you wish to change
  • Enter your new payment info and select UPDATE

TO CANCEL YOUR  COURSE SUBSCRIPTION:

  • Log in to the Billing Center with the username and password you created upon purchase.
  • Click on your avatar (circle with the human head).
  • Select “Setting” 
  • At the top right hand side select “Billing Info”
  • Under Active Subscriptions, find your subscription and select the CANCEL button

  • Once you cancel, this will remove access to the product at the end of the billing cycle. 

TO CANCEL YOUR COACHING OR VA SUBSCRIPTION:

Our Terms and Conditions indicate a 30 or 60 day notice period (30 days for virtual assistance and 60 days for coaching). You will need to email us your request in writing.
